You can monitor these announcements via the Australia Post website. We will not be held responsible for these delays and can not provide a guaranteed time of arrival - all orders will receive a tracking number for reference only. Due to significant international shipping delays, we currently do not offer international shipping options on our website. We appreciate your understanding during these uncertain times.
Once your order is placed it will soon be in your arms via Australia Post's tracked postal service. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of payment being received.
Orders shipped within Australia:
Shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout.
Regular Delivery with Australia Post should arrive within 3 - 6 business days depending on destination points*
Express Post with Australia Post should arrive within 1 - 2 business days depending on destination points* (currently unavailable at this time)
Orders shipped Internationally:
Due to significant international shipping delays impacted by COVID-19, we currently do not offer international shipping options on our website. Please do not hesitate to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if we can accommodate your international shipping request.
All we want is you to be completely in love with your purchases! However we understand that online shopping sometimes doesn't work out that way.
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and you can exchange your purchase (excludes earrings**) for another item in stock, and/or a credit note, provided the product is completely unused, has the original packaging and tags attached and you provide your original order number.
Ship your purchase back to us within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Exchanges and credit notes will not be process until all items are received. If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
**Please note that due to health reasons we can not exchange earrings.
Returns & Cancellations
We kindly ask that customers please shop mindfully as we do not offer returns or cancellations. If there are any issues with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com and I will do my best to resolve the problem. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.
